Recently, the college received an accolade from PT. Global Machine Tools, its dealer in Indonesia, acknowledging the effectiveness of its overseas service engineer training program. This program, initiated in December 2024, equipped over 30 students with the necessary skills for operating mining trucks and excavators, culminating in their graduation with intermediate worker certificates.

Global Expansion of Talent Programs



With rapid urbanization across emerging markets and the need for modernization in developed countries, the importance of developing overseas talent significantly rises. The college has rolled out over 20 training programs in alignment with international standards, spreading across 25 countries following the Belt and Road Initiative and positively impacting over 3,000 individuals.

Notable Programs


1. Blue Sea Elite Program: Launched in August 2021 in collaboration with the Erfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) in Germany, this program has trained over 400 students across 13 classes, emphasizing excellence in technical skills.
2. Overseas Service Engineer Program: Initiated in 2021, it has enabled more than 400 talents to enhance global business operations efficiently.
3. Overseas Manager Programs: These initiatives, focusing on delivery and product management, have supported over 300 professionals since January 2025.

Practical Training Experience


In addition to classroom learning, XCMG Technician College emphasizes hands-on training. In 2022, instructors traveled to Gabon, Africa, for a six-month project aimed at key account service training. This collaboration resulted in shared knowledge spanning 22 construction machinery products and enriched learning materials. Teacher Kassa Barnabe from Masuku University of Science and Technology remarked on the value of learning China's vocational standards to uplift local skills and operational effectiveness.

Launch of New Facilities


Continuing its commitment to global talent cultivation, XCMG established the first engineering machinery training base in China dedicated to vocational ability evaluation. This facility serves as a crucial platform for sharing “Chinese experience” and continues to empower talents worldwide.
