As of today, trading on the Nasdaq takes place during regular market hours, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET (10:30 PM to 5:00 AM JST the next day). However, given that the company is listed through a Public Direct Listing, the commencement of trading will not start precisely at 9:30 AM ET. The opening price will be established through Nasdaq's opening auction process, which considers both buy and sell orders.
