A Unique Haunted House Experience Awaits at the Tokyo Toy Festival
The charming city of Tokyo hosts a one-of-a-kind event for families at the upcoming
Tokyo Toy Festival 2025, scheduled for November 15 and 16. This year’s highlight is the enchanting ‘
Haunted House’ experience, set within a historic building in Shinjuku that dates back to before World War II.
A Blend of Tradition and Innovation
In a dark yet inviting room located underground at the Toy Museum, families can dive into a world of imagination where playful interactions with friendly ‘monsters’ come to life. Unlike the typical spooky hauntings, this haunted house embraces creativity, featuring friendly puppets and colorful building blocks that children will find relatable and engaging. It's designed for all ages, starting from zero years old, ensuring everyone can join in the fun.
Creative Minds Behind the Experience
The event will be orchestrated by a talented group of toy consultants, which includes educators and designers such as Maiko, Kaori, Mami, Yumi, Natsuki, and Naoko. Their innovative ideas will provide an enriching play experience that encourages bonding between children and their parents as they explore the creative haunted house together.
