HACR Celebrates the Class of 2025 Graduates

The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) proudly announced the graduation of the 2025 cohort of the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ (YHCA) program on June 11. This year's program concluded with 35 outstanding Hispanic professionals who were recognized for their exceptional leadership and accomplishments in their respective fields. Nominated by either Fortune 500 companies or HACR member organizations, these emerging leaders are seen as the torchbearers of Hispanic excellence in Corporate America.

A Message of Congratulations

HACR's President and CEO, Cid Wilson, expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the graduates, emphasizing the overwhelming drive and commitment these individuals have displayed throughout the program. He highlighted their significant accomplishments and the role they play in advancing Hispanic talent within corporate structures, stating, "Their relentless drive, commitment to excellence, and leadership within their industries are a powerful testament to the strength and promise of Hispanic talent in today's corporate environment."

Program Highlights

The YHCA program spans two months and includes rigorous virtual training focused on key areas such as leadership skills, inclusivity, and personal impact in business settings. This year, participants were treated to an intensive in-person experience held in Chicago, where they engaged in four days of leadership development and networking opportunities, culminating in a hands-on community service day with The Alliance 98 (TA98), a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through career-building initiatives.

During the program, graduates explored the significance of cultural identity, resilience, and how diverse perspectives enhance problem-solving and innovation in the corporate landscape. The participants shared experiences rooted in their bicultural and multilingual backgrounds, fostering a vibrant network committed to mutual empowerment.

Networking and Collaboration

To amplify their learning, the in-person capstone event coincided with the 2025 HACR Executive Programs, offering the YHCA cohort invaluable opportunities to connect with senior Hispanic executives and corporate allies. Shared meals and social receptions enabled cross-generational dialogue and networking, broadening their professional connections.
