LRM's Hands-On Development Summer Internship
LRM Corporation, headquartered in Kobe, Hyogo, is excited to announce its upcoming Summer Internship for students graduating in 2027. This two-week program is designed for aspiring engineers, allowing them to gain hands-on experience while working on actual product development.
Program Details
The internship will take place in August and September 2025, and it will provide participants with a unique opportunity to engage in the full cycle of development processes, from specification formulation and design to implementation and testing. Participants will follow the same workflow as full-time employees, ensuring a realistic and immersive experience. Each intern will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will provide daily support, making it a comfortable learning environment.
In addition to practical work, the internship will feature lectures from current product managers and engineers. These sessions will cover not only technical skills but also insights into business perspectives and career development.
Flexible Participation
The program will be hybrid, with the first and last days of the internship held in person at the Tokyo office, while the remaining days will be conducted online. This format allows participants from across the country to join with ease, regardless of their location.
Schedule
- - First Term: August 18 (Monday) - August 29 (Friday), 2025
- - Second Term: September 1 (Monday) - September 12 (Friday), 2025
(Weekdays only, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding weekends and holidays)
Eligibility
The internship is targeted at students graduating in March 2027 from universities, graduate schools, vocational schools, or technical colleges.
Compensation
Interns will receive a stipend of 200,000 yen, which includes transportation and accommodation costs.
Provided Equipment
Participants will be provided with a MacBook Pro (M4 Pro, 48GB RAM) and access to a GitHub Copilot license to enhance their development experience.
