He previously held pivotal roles at various respected technology firms, most recently at Armis Security, where he executed a reorganization that significantly scaled the global post-sales teams. His extensive background encompasses leadership positions at notable companies such as Drift, Ping Identity, and Dell. Throughout his career, Hammond has consistently excelled in improving customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
As he steps into this pivotal role, Hammond will report directly to CEO Amitai Ratzon and will oversee customer success teams, cyber advisory consultants, and the overall delivery and support systems aimed at maximizing customer value derived from Pentera's offerings.
