Adrienne Perez Takes the Lead at Partner Engineering as Technical Director

In a significant move for the environmental consulting sector, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has announced the appointment of Adrienne Perez to the role of Technical Director for Agency Environmental Services. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Perez is set to bring her extensive expertise to Partner while enhancing the company's environmental due diligence operations. This addition plays a vital role in supporting Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily transactions throughout the United States.

With over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, Perez comes equipped with a wealth of knowledge in managing and executing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments, and evaluations concerning harmful materials such as asbestos and lead-based paint. Her dedication to compliance has fortified her reputation, especially with regards to their agency environmental due diligence programs tailored for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac—a role she has excelled in for more than a decade.

Nicole Moore, National Technical Director at Partner, expressed her enthusiasm about the new addition, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome Adrienne to Partner. Her deep understanding of Agency environmental requirements, combined with her commitment to client service and technical prowess, will greatly contribute to our environmental consulting practice."

Throughout her career, Perez has overseen and executed a myriad of environmental assessments and compliance projects, servicing an impressive range of stakeholders, including lenders, investors, legal counsel, telecommunications companies, as well as governmental bodies like HUD, SBA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, the FDIC, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Her portfolio doesn't stop at due diligence, extending into brownfield assessments, remediation initiatives, and comprehensive investigations regarding various environmental concerns including petroleum, solvents, and heavy metals.

Moreover, Perez has displayed talent in managing natural resources and conducting environmental impact studies. This includes surveys for threatened and endangered species, as well as actively participating in projects that assess environmental impacts relating to infrastructure and energy ventures. Among her notable undertakings are the lead-based paint remediation in the Dry Tortugas and monitoring of offshore natural gas pipelines, which required careful consideration of the ecosystems inhabited by protected species like the manatee.

Expressing her reasons for joining Partner, Ms. Perez mentioned, "Partner’s strong reputation and people-first culture immediately stood out to me. I was excited by the opportunity to join a larger organization, broaden my experience, and collaborate with industry-leading professionals across the country."

Perez holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of South Florida and is certified in AHERA Asbestos management, further solidifying her position as a credible authority in the field.
