Ralph Thiergart is not unfamiliar with Dimension Hospitality, having played a significant role during the company's early years when it expanded from just a handful of properties to managing over three dozen hotels. His previous track record includes leadership positions in various aspects of the hospitality sector, including franchise relations and educational support for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), where he successfully promoted owner profitability and operational excellence. He has also held senior roles focusing on brand management and franchisee support with Choice Hotels International.
