AgeWell Japan, based in Shibuya, Tokyo and led by the CEO Enka Akagi, operates the Age-Well Design Lab under the direction of Yusuke Tatsumi. The lab has recently released its "Annual Report 2024," which encapsulates its activities and achievements for the year. Centered on the concept of "Age-Well Design," the report explores various dimensions of a society where people from diverse backgrounds and generations can thrive and live happily.

Highlights from the Annual Report 2024


The report features a special segment with Professor Takushi Maeno from Keio University and Musashino University, who specializes in well-being studies. This conference seeks to define new values as Japan navigates its super-aged society.
