The Partner Companies Expands Manufacturing Capacity with Acquisition of Advanced CNC Industries

In a strategic move to bolster its manufacturing capabilities, The Partner Companies (TPC), a recognized global manufacturer, has successfully acquired Advanced CNC Industries, Inc. This acquisition, officially announced from TPC's headquarters in Chicago, represents a significant enhancement to TPC’s operational capacity, particularly in the aerospace, defense, medical, and energy sectors.

Advanced CNC Industries, headquartered in Temecula, California, specializes in precision CNC machining and engineering. The company has developed a reputation for its ability to produce complex metal and plastic components using advanced programming and machining techniques. With this acquisition, TPC aims to address the increasing demand for precision optical components across several key industries.

The integration of Advanced CNC Industries into TPC’s operations promises to significantly enhance the capabilities of Optiforms, TPC’s optics division located in Temecula. This strategic addition will provide in-house CNC milling, turning, programming, and engineering solutions to augment the existing services offered by Optiforms. By streamlining these processes, TPC will be well-positioned to offer more comprehensive manufacturing solutions to its clientele.

Christian Streu, Chief Financial Officer of TPC, expressed optimism about the acquisition, stating, “Advanced CNC Industries has built something valuable, and we see an opportunity to build on that momentum while creating new possibilities across TPC. That’s exactly the kind of strategic growth we look for to better serve our customers across industries.”

Travis Wood, Group President at TPC, emphasized the need for ongoing evolution in manufacturing to meet customer requirements. He noted, “Our customers are constantly pushing the limits of what can be manufactured, and that pushes us to keep evolving too. Bringing on Advanced CNC Industries’ machining and engineering capabilities gives our Optiforms business more ways to solve our customers manufacturing needs and greater production capacity.”

Founded in 2023, Advanced CNC Industries quickly built traction in the market through its innovative solutions and engineering expertise. The founder, David Swanson, will continue with the company to ensure a seamless transition and to maintain the operational continuity that Advanced CNC Industries’ customers expect.

Swanson remarked on the acquisition saying, “I'm proud of what we've built at Advanced CNC Industries and the work we've been able to do for our customers. Optiforms is a natural home for what we've built, and I’m excited to help bring these capabilities into the business.”

This acquisition supports TPC’s long-term strategy of uniting advanced manufacturing capabilities and infrastructures from specialty manufacturers to deliver exceptional value and pioneering performance in the optical and other allied fields. By enhancing machining capabilities, TPC aims to provide innovative solutions and maintain its competitive edge in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
