On July 1, 2025, Baidu, Inc., a prominent AI technology firm listed on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, announced significant changes to its management team. Mr. Haijian He has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective immediately. Mr. He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in electronic engineering from Southeast University, and he earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. Additionally, he completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. His wealth of experience and skilled insights make him a valuable addition to Baidu’s executive team, and his appointment is expected to play a pivotal role in steering the company through its next growth phase.
Concurrently, Junjie He, the interim CFO, will transition into the role of Senior Vice President overseeing human resources and administrative functions. Additionally, Shanshan Cui has been appointed to act as Secretary General to Baidu's Organizational Culture Committee, aiming to strengthen Baidu's cultural framework and internal administration.
