Announcement for the 67th AJESTHE Certification Examinations for Estheticians

Upcoming AJESTHE Certification Examinations

The Japan Esthetic Association, located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is set to hold the 67th set of certification exams for "AJESTHE Certified Facial Esthetician" and "AJESTHE Certified Body Esthetician". The exam will take place from October 12 to November 11, 2025, with the application period running from August 2 to September 8, 2025.

Starting in 2021, the association has transitioned to an online examination format, which eliminates the need for venue-based tests. Candidates can now choose between two testing methodologies: the CBT (Computer-Based Testing) system, available at affiliated test centers nationwide, or the IBT (Internet-Based Testing) system, which allows examinations to be taken from the comfort of one's home or another convenient location.

Importance of Certification

In the esthetic industry, the demand for well-trained estheticians is escalating rapidly. The AJESTHE certification is regarded as a benchmark within the industry, offering numerous advantages:
1. Increased Customer Trust: Clients are more likely to engage with certified professionals, thus enhancing trust and satisfaction.
2. Enhanced Brand Value for Salons: Salons employing certified estheticians can boost their reputation and marketability.
3. Strong Career Advancement Tool: Holding an AJESTHE certification can significantly improve career prospects and job opportunities for estheticians.
