Monster Lab's Involvement in 'Zeroichi'

In a significant move towards fostering innovation, Monster Lab Japan, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, has joined hands with the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) for the student entrepreneur acceleration program 'Zeroichi.' This initiative aims to nurture the next generation of social entrepreneurs in Japan. The program is co-managed by Ridilover, a company based in Bunkyo, Tokyo, and Borderless Japan, located in Fukuoka. Monster Lab has pledged its support by aiding the project led by Takumi Komuro, the recipient of the Grand Prize at the 'Zeroichi Final Pitch 2025.'

Understanding 'Zeroichi'

Launched in April 2023, 'Zeroichi' is an innovative public-private partnership program designed to cultivate promising social entrepreneurs. This year's second phase was conducted as part of the 'J-StarX' student entrepreneur generation course, overseen by METI and JETRO. Over 300 students submitted their applications and, after a rigorous selection process, a group of students was chosen to participate in the intensive seven-month program where they developed business plans focused on solving social challenges.
