Shunsuke Onishi
Shunsuke Onishi serves as the Vice President and CRO of Fujitsu, where he leads initiatives aimed at maximizing customer value. After graduating from Hitotsubashi University in 1986, he worked for major firms such as NTT Data and international consulting companies. He later took on leadership roles at NTT Data Global Solutions and Infosys Japan before joining Fujitsu in 2019. Onishi’s extensive experience in fostering organizational growth and transformation makes him uniquely qualified to address the challenges faced by modern leaders.

Go Hashiba
Go Hashiba, Vice President of Business Coach Inc., specializes in coaching and leadership development. He teaches at Aoyama Gakuin University’s Graduate School of International Management and Tama University’s MBA program. With over a decade of experience, Hashiba has coached executives, management teams, and leaders from more than 300 companies, empowering them to realize their potential and effect positive organizational change.
