Successful operations have concluded with investors receiving the promised dividends and principal refunds.

Celebrating 5 Years of Success


This year also marks the 5th anniversary of the Just Fit initiative. Over these years, all ten of the funds have been fully subscribed, accumulating a total operational value exceeding 2.5 billion yen. Notably, all three funds—including Ginza Tower—completed their refunds without any losses to principal amounts. Looking ahead, Shimada Asset Partners aims to further enhance their offerings and is on track to build larger projects while targeting 10,000 new investors.

The Just Fit product line offers two types of investments: the voluntary association type for long-term holdings and the anonymous association type for short-term investments.
