DXC Technology Expands Leadership in Consulting and Engineering Services to Drive AI-Centric Growth

DXC Technology Strengthens Its Leadership in Consulting and Engineering Services

DXC Technology, a prominent name in enterprise technology and innovation, has announced significant changes in leadership and organizational structure aimed at advancing its Consulting and Engineering Services (CES). These changes come as part of DXC’s strategy to help global enterprises achieve their AI aspirations. The company is merging integrated consulting with partner-driven execution, backed by a robust AI ecosystem and a proven track record of large-scale implementations.

As businesses transition from pilot projects to widespread implementation of AI solutions, the demand for consulting and partnership expertise is on the rise. However, many organizations still face challenges in translating their ambitions into enterprise-wide results. In response, DXC is fortifying the CES division by bringing in experienced leaders and further developing its ecosystem to foster collaborative innovations and partner-driven growth.

According to Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC Technology, “CES is evolving to meet current demands as we observe an increasing need for consultative transformation and closer collaboration within our strategic partner ecosystem. We are unifying proven leaders with a successful track record in large-scale execution to bolster our capability in helping customers tackle more complex transformation programs and achieve results that drive growth.”

To facilitate this strategic alignment, DXC has enhanced its consulting and partnership capabilities with a new leadership team focused on amplifying impact in key industries. Noteworthy appointments include Dan Albright, who has joined DXC to lead AdvisoryX, the company’s consulting group focused on operationalizing AI and modernizing core systems to deliver measurable business outcomes. Albright brings over 25 years of experience in consulting leadership roles, having most recently served as Divisional President and Global Head of Consulting at NTT DATA Services.

Srinivas Sai Nidadhavolu has been appointed to lead Global Enterprise Applications, where he will drive go-to-market strategies and strengthen partnerships within the ecosystem to support customer-oriented growth. Nidadhavolu has nearly three decades of experience in managing global business transformation programs and was previously the global head for SAP at Wipro.

Stan Clark will serve as the NextGen AI Partnerships Growth Leader, bringing over 20 years of experience in building and scaling enterprise partnership ecosystems from the ground up with global system integrators and hyperscalers. In this role, he will design DXC's next-generation AI partnership model, fostering co-innovation, joint go-to-market efforts, and partner-generated growth across DXC’s strategic AI landscape. Clark was most recently the President of Ecosystems and Markets at Cosmo Tech, where he developed the company’s global partner ecosystem and led strategic partnerships with key system integrators and enterprise clients.

Together, these leaders, reporting to Ramnath Venkataraman, will strengthen DXC’s ability to advance its AI ecosystem by aligning consulting and strategic partner capabilities. This alignment is designed to assist customers in moving from strategy to execution more swiftly, thus generating results sooner. Such an approach will enable DXC to scale repeatable, partner-led AI capabilities across various industries and support larger, more intricate transformation programs.
