At the conference, Chairman Chang Rui presented the company's ambitious goals: by 2030, FOTON aims for over 50% of its product line to consist of new energy vehicles, foreign sales to surpass 300,000 units, and the establishment of a premier global brand in the commercial vehicle space with cutting-edge designs and high-quality production processes.

As part of its vision, FOTON plans to accelerate its overseas industrial investments, projecting the establishment of more than ten manufacturing bases in key regions, including Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, and the European Union over the next five years. Likewise, Mogamat Mahdi Basadien, South Africa’s chargé d'affaires, underscored FOTON's local assembly plant as a major investment project that reflects deepening economic ties between China and South Africa.

Furthermore, FOTON has launched a telematics system connecting over 3.16 million vehicles, offering services including intelligent planning and remote diagnostics.
