Global Gaming Women Announces Pamela Buckley as New Executive VP to Elevate Leadership
Global Gaming Women (GGW) has made a significant stride towards strengthening its leadership with the recent appointment of Pamela Buckley as Executive Vice President. This decision marks an important milestone for the organization, which has been dedicated to supporting the advancement of women in the gaming industry. Pamela Buckley brings over 20 years of experience in the hotel and casino sector, showcasing a proven track record in various executive roles, strategic program development, and operations management.
In her new position at GGW, Buckley will be instrumental in directing the organization’s strategic vision, ensuring that it continues to thrive and grow. Her rich background will complement the efforts of the current Executive Director, Kelly Hatch, as they work collaboratively to push GGW’s mission forward.

Before joining Global Gaming Women, Pamela Buckley served as the Executive Director of Casino VIP Services at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. In this role, she played a key part in establishing and managing the Luxury Resort's Casino VIP Services department. Her achievements included optimizing customer loyalty programs and enhancing revenue generation strategies. Her long tenure at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. also saw her holding several important roles, including Director of VIP Operations, where her focus was on strategic planning and financial management.
Pamela Buckley’s commitment to community service reflects her dedication beyond the business scope. She actively supports local non-profits, including Goodie Two-Shoes and Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada. Buckley describes herself as a second-generation “Casino Kid,” raised in a family deeply involved in the casino industry. Her father and uncle held notable positions in Casino Operations and Marketing, providing her an insider perspective of the industry from a young age.
