Aroa Biosurgery and Mölnlycke Team Up to Enhance Endoform Accessibility in U.S. Market

Aroa Biosurgery and Mölnlycke Join Forces for Enhanced Wound Care Access

Aroa Biosurgery Limited, a New Zealand-based company specializing in soft tissue regeneration, recently announced a strategic alliance with Mölnlycke Healthcare US. This partnership, effective from October 16, 2026, aims to improve the availability of Endoform™, a product designed for the management of acute and chronic wounds, across post-acute settings in the U.S.

The collaboration will leverage Aroa's groundbreaking AROA ECM™ technology alongside Mölnlycke's extensive expertise in wound care and established commercial presence. This agreement highlights a mutual goal of efficiently expanding the reach of Endoform to healthcare providers and patients alike.

Brian Ward, the founder and CEO of Aroa Biosurgery, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing Mölnlycke's reputation for excellence in the advanced wound care sector. He stated, "Mölnlycke's profound knowledge in this field provides a robust platform to enhance Endoform's accessibility to clinicians and patients, enriching patient care outcomes."

Mölnlycke’s VP for Americas, Craig Kennedy, echoed this sentiment, noting the importance of innovation and collaboration in advancing clinical practices. He remarked, “By integrating Endoform into our advanced wound dressing portfolio, we are broadening the range of solutions available to healthcare providers, addressing diverse patient needs effectively.”

Under this exclusive agreement, Aroa will retain ownership of the Endoform product and the proprietary AROA ECM technology. Aroa is set to continue its responsibilities for manufacturing, distribution, and supply logistics of Endoform. Additionally, this partnership allows Aroa to concentrate its efforts on the growth of its Myriad™ product in surgical contexts and capitalize on the potential of Symphony™ for outpatient wound care.

Importantly, the partnership specifically targets the distribution of Endoform in U.S. post-acute settings, with no changes anticipated for Aroa’s other product lines or international distribution agreements. The financial outlook for Aroa remains solid, with estimates projecting NZ$115 to NZ$125 million in total revenue for FY27, along with an expected normalized EBITDA of NZ$8 to NZ$11 million.
