Dr. Schneider has carved out an impressive path as a physician, consultant, and leader, consistently striving to align healthcare solutions with the actual needs and experiences of patients. As the Principal of RozMD Patient Affairs Consulting LLC, she leads initiatives focused on embedding human-centered design in healthcare and biopharmaceutical research—ensuring that patient viewpoints are integral to the industry’s innovation strategies.

Her diverse expertise spans various specialties, including Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine. Throughout her career, Dr. Schneider has held influential positions in hospital administration and medical education. Notably, she was instrumental in establishing the Global Patient Affairs Office at Pfizer and has held senior roles at Theravance and BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. Here, she championed initiatives that made patient inclusiveness a standard practice across the industry.

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Dr. Schneider is a dedicated mentor and advocate for gender equity within healthcare. Currently, she chairs the Board of the American Lung Association's New Jersey Chapter and serves as Vice Chair of the GMDP Academy at King's College London. Her passion for advancing women in leadership roles is further demonstrated through her involvement with organizations such as Women Execs on Boards, where she nurtures emerging female leaders.
