1. Toshifumi Iwaguchi, Fellow at Recoph
- Graduated from the University of Tokyo with a science degree and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. Iwaguchi has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked for major companies like Yamichi Securities before joining Recoph in 1998. He became the representative director in December 2020 and is now a senior advisor, recognized for his contributions to various governmental committees regarding overseas M&A.

2. Munetaka Saito, Head of Public Relations at M&A Capital Partners
- An alumnus of Rikkyo University, Saito has built a robust career in corporate valuation and media strategy. He has played a crucial role in media relations and public image for M&A firms and holds a senior expert certification in M&A from a recognized financial association.
