International Motors to Highlight Customer-Centric Solutions at ACT Expo 2025

International Motors Showcases Customer Experience Innovations at ACT Expo 2025

International Motors, LLC, a prominent player in the commercial vehicle sector, is set to take center stage at the ACT Expo 2025, happening from April 28 to May 1 in Anaheim, California. With a dedicated focus on enhancing the customer experience through digitally enabled solutions, the company aims to redefine its service offerings.

The vice president of Customer Insights and Experience at International, Debbie Shust, emphasized the company's commitment to innovation. "At International, we're investing in innovative solutions to create an exceptional customer experience," Shust said. She elaborated, noting that the focus is on not just providing vehicles but also instilling confidence in customers, supporting their long-term success, and simplifying their journeys in a dynamic operational environment.

Fleet Decarbonization Support

International Motors recognizes the increasing importance of sustainability in today’s market. As part of their commitment to support fleet decarbonization efforts, the company offers comprehensive consulting services. These services include electric readiness assessments, infrastructure planning, grant support, and onboarding assistance, ensuring customers can tailor a decarbonization strategy that aligns with their unique business needs.

With an impressive track record of over 10 million real-world miles, International's battery-electric vehicles have been hard at work in practical applications. The recent introduction of the International® eRH™ Series, an all-electric Class 8 regional haul tractor, expands their electric vehicle lineup, which already includes the International eMV™ Series and the IC Bus™ Electric CE Series.

To cater to varying decarbonization trajectories among customers, the company also offers advanced diesel solutions. One standout is the LT with the S13 Integrated Powertrain, which boasts a fuel economy improvement of at least 5% over competitors in the on-highway aero category and is certified for use with renewable diesel.

Maintenance and Service Solutions for Electric Vehicles

At ACT Expo 2025, International will also highlight its planned maintenance service contracts designed to meet the operational, maintenance, and service needs of electric-powered fleets. Ensuring that battery-electric trucks and buses maintain peak performance, these contracts are supported by a comprehensive dealer network.

This approach facilitates a tailored, proactive service planning experience, enhancing uptime through scheduled maintenance intervals and advanced technician scheduling. Moreover, the introduction of a new digital ecosystem aims to provide visibility into vehicle health data, enabling customers and dealers to plan maintenance appointments in advance.

The International Service Contracts not only include maintenance services for electric vehicles but can also encompass powertrain and chassis coverage, ensuring comprehensive support. These contracts are adaptable, spanning five to six years for each new battery-electric truck and varying for electric buses.

Financial Options for Electric and Traditional Vehicles

In addition to traditional financing options for diesel trucks, International Financial has developed a specialized payment program catering to electric-powered trucks and chargers. This initiative is designed to facilitate access to essential services, such as planned maintenance, without added financing costs. The financial arm of International Motors thus extends its partnership beyond hardware to encompass holistic care for customers’ electric vehicle needs.

The Payment Program for International Service Contracts is available for all electric vehicles and offers flexible options that align with the financial planning of customers, regardless of how the vehicle is financed.

Commitment to Innovation and Sustainability

International Motors is committed to providing innovative solutions that propel customers toward operational excellence. By focusing on minimizing downtime and enhancing efficiency, the company ensures that clients can devote their resources to the continuous growth of their core business operations.

To learn more about these customer-centric solutions, attendees are encouraged to visit the International booth (#5640) at ACT Expo 2025 for firsthand insights into the company's offerings.
