Customizable Notification Defaults


Previously, the default setting for notifications during meeting creation and editing was fixed to 'Notify.' Users can now customize these settings to match their operational needs. This means that if there's a preference to receive notifications only when necessary, one can set that preference once without needing to adjust it each time a meeting is scheduled.

Workflow Status Enhancements


In the workflow section, the display of the application list has seen a notable improvement as well. Background colors now indicate the status of each application, providing a visual element that aids in the intuitive understanding of current statuses, allowing users to quickly assess where things stand.

Collaborative Room Management


Another exciting addition is the 'Additional Owner' feature for room management. This allows multiple users to have management rights, which was previously exclusive to the owner of the room. This functionality is particularly advantageous in scenarios where collaboration is key, or when the main owner is unavailable, thus ensuring continuous operation.

mitoco Mobile Enhancements


Mitoco’s mobile application also received significant updates, harmonizing features with its desktop counterpart. Users can designate invitees as mandatory or optional on mobile as well, reflecting the updates made on the desktop version. Additionally, the mobile app now suggests the next available time slots for facility reservations when the desired times are unavailable, thus removing the hassle of multiple searches and enhancing the overall efficiency of facility management.
