LINE Manga Achievements at the Tate Reading Manga Award 2025

The award-winning titles, "Kareta Hana ni Namida wo" (by Gae) and "Yondome no Otto" (by Chinami Aki), stand out among a variety of original works in both domestic and international categories.

The Tate Reading Manga Award, an interactive manga award organized by Comic Natalie, focuses on vertically scrolling manga. This year's awards featured two categories: domestic and international works. The ranking of works was determined by user voting, which reflects the preferences of manga enthusiasts from various backgrounds.

In addition to the competitive rankings, the award recognized special achievement awards selected by esteemed guest judges and the award administration. Out of a total of 80 nominated titles, the significant recognitions included the “Guest Judge Special Award” and the “Administration Special Award” that highlighted outstanding contributions in the realm of webtoons.

"Kareta Hana ni Namida wo" received the esteemed “INI Sano Yudai Award” in the Guest Judge Special Award category, while also impressively ranking sixth in the international works section. On the other hand, "Yondome no Otto" was honored with the “Direction Award” for its creative narrative structure and finished second in the domestic category.

Furthermore, several original webtoon works from LINE Manga also made it onto the list of award-winning entries. Notable mentions include "Saisei Mahou ga Kikisugita! Jinsei Yarinaoshitara, Ōsama ni Nattan 元部下 ni Dakedo" ranking fifth, and "Secret Star Live" at fourteenth in the domestic section, along with several distinct titles also representing the international works.
