Yamaha Music Scholarship Students Concert



Yamaha Music Promotion Foundation, led by Chairman Takuya Nakada and based in Meguro, Tokyo, announces the inaugural concert featuring its scholarship students. Scheduled for August 31, 2025, at the prestigious Yamaha Hall in Chūō, Tokyo, this event will highlight the talents of promising young musicians selected for the Yamaha Music Scholarship Program.

The concert will be conducted by Shun Ooi, a music producer and a former scholarship student, who will guide five outstanding young musicians selected for the years 2022 to 2024. This initiative, initiated in 1999, aims to support gifted individuals with aspirations to excel in the music industry, thereby contributing to cultural development both domestically and internationally.

The concert not only serves as a platform for these students to showcase their skills but also aims to raise awareness about Yamaha's commitment to music education and support for emerging talent. Attendees are invited to enjoy and appreciate the journey of these young musicians as they prepare for bright futures in the competitive world of music.
