Celebrating Excellence: Women of Influence Awards Luncheon
In recognition of Women’s History Month, Dr. Cheryl Polote Williamson is set to shine a spotlight on outstanding Black women entrepreneurs during the upcoming Women of Influence Awards Luncheon in Dallas. The event takes place on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the prestigious Statler Hotel. Hosted by Emmy-nominated television anchor Nicole Baker and acclaimed author and filmmaker Roni Talley, this luncheon is anticipated to be one of the highlight events of the season. Dr. Cheryl Polote Williamson, a renowned philanthropist and best-selling author, founded Soul Reborn, a non-profit organization that focuses on transforming the lives of disadvantaged women. Over five years, Soul Reborn has delivered over $610,000 in resources and support to various businesses and women-owned initiatives. Furthermore, during the recent pandemic, the organization provided critical aid to essential workers and offered grants to aspiring women entrepreneurs.
Cheryl Magazine, another of Dr. Williamson’s ventures, amplifies the voices and stories of powerful women, inspiring others to pursue their ambitions unapologetically. “We are thrilled to expand our honoree list this year,” Dr. Williamson expressed, excited about celebrating a broader spectrum of successful women.
