This event marks the 10th anniversary of MUJI BOOKS, a division of MUJI that has promoted a life enriched by books, encapsulated in the motto "Always good words."

Since its inception in 2015, MUJI BOOKS has aimed to highlight the unique charm of physical books. Unlike fleeting digital information, traditional paper books are tangible objects that enhance spaces and carry depth, offering a different experience. Meet Irma Boom

Irma Boom, a seminal figure in book design based in Amsterdam, founded her own design office in 1991. She has worked with prestigious clients such as the Rijksmuseum, Yale University, and Chanel, amassing significant accolades such as the Gutenberg Prize. Besides her design work, she serves as a Senior Critic at Yale and conducts lectures and workshops globally, sharing her insights into the realm of book design.
