Experience Hokkaido with Golden Kamuy: Special Campaign Announced!

On September 2, 2025, a collaborative campaign titled "Enjoy Hokkaido with Golden Kamuy! supported by Upopoy" will kick off. This initiative, run by the Upopoy (Symbol Space for Ethnic Harmony) under the management of the Foundation for Ainu Culture, aims to highlight the splendor of Hokkaido through the lens of the popular anime, Golden Kamuy.

The campaign offers an array of activities that showcase the beautiful landscapes, culinary delights, and rich cultural heritage of Hokkaido. One of the most exciting features is the "Go North! Stamp Rally," where participants can earn a total of four unique prizes known as "Go Rewards!". A total of 80 lucky winners will receive gourmet items from ten distinct areas throughout Hokkaido, each represented by a character from Golden Kamuy.

The stamp rally incorporates various districts where beloved characters from Golden Kamuy will provide their voices, AR experiences, and exclusive memorabilia. Here are the details of the character areas:

Participants who scan the QR codes present on campaign posters in these areas will have a chance to enter a lottery for the themed gourmet products.

In addition, a special vehicle, the “Golden Wagon,” will be appearing at major events such as the “Doshin Autumn Fireworks” in Sapporo and the “Hokkaido Fair in Yoyogi” in Tokyo during the campaign period, which will run until November 23, 2025. The wagon will feature exciting prizes from the series, including delicious cookies made with Hokkaido-produced butter.

Golden Kitchen on Wheels

Every Saturday during the campaign, the Golden Kitchen Car will be present at Upopoy, offering exclusive collaboration dishes, including a special fondue-style curry featuring high-quality Shiraoi Beef, produced exclusively for this event.

Exclusive Ticket Sales for Upopoy

For serious fans, a special design ticket for Upopoy featuring characters from Golden Kamuy will be available for purchase at the historic Hokkaido Government Office (Red Brick Building) in Sapporo during the campaign. Tickets are sold at a price of 1,200 yen (adults) and can only be acquired at this location from September 2, 2025, until supplies last.
