Thomas Kim is not new to leadership. With more than two decades in high-level positions across nonprofit, governmental, and private sectors, he brings a wealth of experience to SCORE. His background includes serving as CEO, president, and chief operating officer of various national and regional nonprofits. Kim's record also showcases his ability to lead large-scale public sector reforms and enhance organizational effectiveness.

A decorated U.S. Army veteran, he is recognized for his talent in navigating complex challenges and driving sustainable growth.
