The highly anticipated third edition of the Setagaya Railway Festival will be hosted by Kyodo Corty on September 26-27, 2026! This fun-packed event brings together three major railway companies — Odakyu Electric Railway, Keio Electric Railway, and Tokyu Railways — to delight locals and visitors alike. With approximately 10,000 attendees last year, this year promises to be even bigger and better!

Kyodo Corty, operated by Odakyu SC Development, is dedicated to community-centric commercial experiences. The festival is an extension of its goal to enhance local engagement, supported by their motto “Ekichika is to Machichika, and Hitochika.” By collaborating with local railway providers, this event aims to celebrate and invigorate Setagaya's community spirit.

Family-friendly Activities Galore!

This year’s festival features a host of engaging experiences tailored for families. Attendees can partake in beloved activities such as the Stationmaster Experience, where children can don miniature uniforms and pose for photos, and Let’s Run the Odakyu N-Gauge, where kids can operate model trains!

A special highlight is the gathering of popular characters from all three railway companies, including Mokoron (Odakyu), Keita-kun (Keio), and Norurun (Tokyu), who will participate in live stage greetings throughout the event. Attendees can catch these lively characters in action at the stage on the rooftop garden!

Food lovers will be thrilled with special railway-themed treats. Among the highlights are the Ikumi Mama's Railway Collaboration Donuts, featuring limited edition designs of popular characters, and the ever-popular Mokoron and Romancecar Imprinted Western-Style Imagawayaki filled with chocolate and custard. Additionally, the Romancecar Bento will also be available for guests looking for a unique edible souvenir to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Romancecar EXE.

Workshops and Activities

Children can also enjoy creative workshops, where they can make items such as romance car badges and keychains. Visitors will love the Romancecar Stamp Rally, which rewards participants with original stickers upon completing a fun scavenger hunt around the venue.
