Explore Agile Learning at the Agile Restaurant Workshop
On August 23, 2025, Trustyyle Co., Ltd. is hosting an innovative workshop called `Agile Restaurant`, aimed at providing an experiential learning opportunity for those interested in mastering Agile concepts without needing any prior IT knowledge.
The event, organized by the community initiative `HR Library`, is designed for human resources professionals who are struggling with issues related to organizational flexibility and autonomy, leading cross-departmental projects, or seeking new team-building techniques. Anyone working in HR, whether they have conflicting feelings about their role or are simply interested in Agile, is encouraged to participate.
The Context and Objective
In an era defined by rapid digital transformation (DX) and diverse work styles, organizations must develop the agility to respond quickly and flexibly to changes for sustained growth. Originally developed in the software industry, Agile has garnered attention as a methodology that transcends departmental boundaries, fostering organizational transformation and adaptability.
Following a successful Agile-related event hosted by HR Library in May, which saw participation from nearly 70 individuals, it was clear that interest in Agile was high. Attendees expressed a desire for a deeper, more hands-on experience beyond mere theory. In response, the `Agile Restaurant` workshop was conceived to facilitate this immersive learning experience.
Using a restaurant theme, participants will collaborate in teams, engaging in a hands-on process of trial-and-error to create value, all while learning about Agile principles in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The ultimate goal is to equip attendees with practical insights that can aid in their organizations' development efforts.
Benefits of Participating
By attending this workshop, participants can expect to gain:
- - Fundamental Agile Principles: Understanding Agile's core concepts through practical exercises and discussions, instead of just theory.
- - Applicability to Team Development and Organizational Growth: Gaining actionable insights on how to implement Agile principles in specific organizational contexts, such as driving DX initiatives and facilitating cross-departmental projects.
