Participation Requirements

To attend the signing event, participants must purchase or pre-order a copy of Summer's Scent, published by Micro Magazine.
Guests are welcome to bring other works by Chiren Kina to get signed as well, allowing for multiple signings per person!

How to Reserve

Reserve your spot by registering for the 'Book Reservation + Priority Ticket' on Peatix: Peatix Event Link.
Please note that once the event reaches capacity, no further registrations will be accepted.

Limitations:

• - Tickets for the signing event serve as both a reservation for one copy of the book and entry to the event.
• - Make sure to purchase your book at the Tsutaya Lake Town bookstore's cash register by the time slated for your session on the event day. Present your Peatix ticket to complete the purchase. Your book will be reserved at the cash register, so there's no need to grab it from the shelves yourself.
• - Keep your purchase receipt safe as you will need it when lining up for the signing.

Important Notes

• - An account on Peatix is required to complete your registration.
• - There will not be a waiting list if the event reaches full capacity. If any cancellations occur, Peatix will reset ticket availability, so check back even if the tickets are sold out.
• - The signing is strictly limited to Summer's Scent, purchased at the store.
• - Each ticket grants you one signing on the mentioned book. Make sure to bring your purchase receipt and the book itself.
• - The author will personalize your signed book with your name included.
• - Groups must arrive at the designated time for their session, and line formation will follow the order of arrival.
• - Only one guardian can accompany children in the line.
• - If you fail to show up before the end time for your group, your reservation will be considered canceled.
• - Photography is not permitted during the event.

About the Author

Chiren Kina is a celebrated author who first gained recognition by winning the Excellence Prize at the 9th R-18 Literary Award with her short novel Melted Into Nothing. Chiren made her official debut in 2012 with Static Electricity and Miyako's Subconscious (Gentosha). Known for her delicate portrayal of young girls' emotions, she has written across various genres.
Her much-anticipated 2024 release, Please Pair Up, has already become a hit. Other notable works include Everyone Wanted to Kill the Fireflies (Futami Shobo) and Loved by God (Jitsugyo no Nihonsha).
