Join the Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2026 Charity
The Tokyo Legacy Half Marathon 2026, scheduled for October 18, is not just a race; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children. This event supports the accredited NPO, KnK (Kokkyo naki Kodomotachi), which is committed to providing educational opportunities and safe spaces for children in Cambodia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. Organizers are inviting participants to join as charity runners and help raise funds for these crucial initiatives.
This year, renowned journalist Jun Hori will again take on the role of KnK Charity Ambassador, participating in the race as a runner himself. His dedication to raising awareness and supporting children's education is a powerful reminder of the impact each individual can make. Hori expresses a strong urgency to act in response to the worsening global situation, emphasizing that education is a vital issue worth fighting for. He encourages everyone to participate, stating: “I want to be a catalyst for action, not just a bystander.”
