AIBOT Showcases Innovative X Series and T500 Aircraft at UAV Expo 2025

AIBOT Unveils X Series and T500 Aircraft in Las Vegas

In a highly anticipated event at the Commercial UAV Expo 2025, AIBOT, the trailblazing autonomous aviation company based in California, unveiled two significant additions to its aircraft lineup: the AIBOT X Series and the T500. This launch marks a pivotal moment for AIBOT as it strives to make intelligent flight a reality for various applications, from emergency responses to industrial inspections.

AIBOT's Vision for Intelligent Flight

The unveiling took place on September 4, 2025, and highlighted AIBOT's commitment to making U.S.-based manufacturing and resilient supply chains a core part of its operations. AIBOT President Max Ma emphasized, "In an era where seconds can save lives, autonomy must be more than a buzzword. The AIBOT 500 and X Series prove that AI-native aircraft can deliver real intelligence, unmatched reliability, and mission scalability from emergency response to industrial operations."

The X Series: Modular Design for Versatility

The AIBOT X Series consists of a family of modular UAVs, each designed to excel in specific mission-critical scenarios. Weighing under 55 pounds, these multirotor aircraft are ideal for a variety of tasks, including reconnaissance, mapping, and security operations. With capabilities to carry payloads ranging from five to ten pounds, the X Series can remain airborne for an impressive 35 to 70 minutes depending on their configuration. The series includes three specific models:
  • - AIBOT X22: Perfectly optimized for inspection and mapping.
  • - AIBOT X22R: Tailored for persistent surveillance and mapping operations.
  • - AIBOT X22Y: Engineered for flexible payloads and security applications.

Customers can now pre-order the AIBOT X Series through the company's website, expanding the availability of these advanced drones for commercial use.

Unveiling the T500: Designed for Speed and Efficiency

Complementing the X Series, the AIBOT T500 is a tiltwing aircraft built for high-stakes missions where speed and reliability are paramount. It boasts a wingspan of 17 feet, equipped with eight rotors that enable it to carry payloads of up to 60 pounds, cruise at speeds of 120 mph, and reach a maximum speed of 150 mph. The T500 can cover a distance of 55 miles in a single mission while remaining airborne for up to 60 minutes and can operate at altitudes up to 15,000 feet.

Currently, the T500 is undergoing final engineering validation, with production set to begin in 2026. AIBOT is committed to continual improvements in their designs, ensuring that their products meet the highest standards for safety and functionality.
