Transforming Organizational Culture with AI
In a world where organizational surveys often lack actionable insights, Almoha LLC has taken a significant step forward in enhancing the effectiveness of their WEALL Culture Survey. Starting August 13, 2026, the company introduced an innovative feature known as the AI Report that leverages artificial intelligence to analyze survey results and provide tailored recommendations for improvement. This advancement aims to bridge the gap between mere diagnostic surveys and actionable solutions for organizations.
The Challenge of Traditional Surveys
Many organizations conduct annual surveys to gauge employee sentiments; however, these often end up as formalities without leading to substantive changes. The primary issues stem from the interpretation of the scores and the identification of where to begin improvements. This process typically requires specialized knowledge, placing additional burdens on HR personnel and executives. Consequently, surveys can become repetitive tasks rather than tools for meaningful organizational enhancement.
AI Report aims to tackle this issue by providing a comprehensive analysis that translates survey data into actionable insights.
Features of AI Report
The AI Report automatically generates insights by integrating responses from the WEALL Culture Survey, which includes 36 questions, attribute-based scores, and qualitative comments. The main outputs include:
1.
Executive Summary of Management Challenges: A concise summary of the organization’s strengths and areas for improvement. It also highlights changes since the last survey and identifies prioritized actions to focus on.
2.
Cause Analysis of Issues: The report pinpoints specific questions that act as bottlenecks and assesses variations across different demographics, suggesting hypotheses for the underlying causes of the responses.
3.
Actionable Improvement Suggestions: Tailored recommendations for executives, HR personnel, and managers detailing specific actions they can take, along with rationales for each suggestion.
4.
Summary of Qualitative Comments: It organizes themes from open-ended responses and extracts risks that may be overlooked when solely looking at scores.
The design of the AI Report emphasizes a careful balance to prevent over-reliance on AI judgment. Each suggestion is grounded in data—whether scores, attribute discrepancies, or comments—clearly delineating hypotheses from proposed actions. If data does not permit firm conclusions, the report indicates, “This data alone cannot provide a definitive answer,” ensuring that organizational decision-making remains with the leadership team.

Pricing Structure
The WEALL Culture Survey operates on a pay-per-use model rather than a monthly subscription, charging 500 yen per respondent (excluding tax) for each survey conducted. This flexible pricing structure has gained positive feedback from companies, as it allows them to use the service as needed. Additionally, the AI Report can be accessed for an additional 200 yen per respondent, and first-time users can try it at no cost for one survey per company.
About the WEALL Culture Survey
The WEALL Culture Survey allows organizations to automatically compile and visualize their culture based on employee responses. It is designed to quickly and effectively assess organizational challenges, assisting in the development of “self-directed organizations.” The survey employs insights from the Startup Culture Lab, analyzing over 100 startups to create a framework that evaluates organizations based on a 12A model, breaking down the ideal organizational characteristics into 36 questions, including open-ended responses.
A Step Towards Agile Organizations
As companies experience rapid growth, developing organizations that can adapt autonomously becomes imperative. The WEALL Culture Survey, with the introduction of the AI Report, empowers organizations to swiftly identify challenges and formulate strategies for a self-sustaining organizational culture.
