Tokyo Game Show 2026 and BEAMS Collaboration
This year, the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) celebrates its 30th anniversary, while clothing brand BEAMS proudly marks its 50th. In a jubilant display of both anniversaries, the two organizations have teamed up to introduce a limited-time collaboration collection, dubbed the "GAME ARTeee COLLECTION," which will be available at BEAMS MANGART from September 15.
Collaboration Overview
As a major part of the collaboration, BEAMS has launched a project/label called BEAMS MANGART, which creatively bridges pop culture, especially manga and anime, with fashion. The GAME ARTeee COLLECTION includes three distinct T-shirt designs celebrating the iconic characters from various video games. Here’s what you can expect from this unique collaboration:
1. Exclusive T-shirt Designs
Renowned artist Zakishikawarashi has specially created seven unique designs, each featuring popular game characters. These designs are themed around the main visuals of TGS2026, with a perfect blend of art and gameplay culture.
2. Ensemble Design T-shirt
A special reservation option allows fans to get a T-shirt featuring a collective illustration by Zakishikawarashi. This design showcases multiple characters from games, a rare and exclusive artwork that cannot be found anywhere else.
3. All-Star T-shirt
The highlight of the collection is the "All-Star T-shirt," showcasing eight iconic characters from various games. This shirt promises a delightful representation of competitive gaming culture.
