Meet the Chef
Kazuaki Eguchi graduated from Tsujis Culinary Institute before starting his journey at Shibuya France. He honed his skills at high-end chocolate stores in Tokyo and Kobe and took part in a training program at the renowned Belgian chocolatier, Del Rey. In 2013, he became the head pastry chef and chocolatier at Delimmo, and he has continued to push the boundaries of chocolate craftsmanship.
