28 locations will be transformed into hybrid stores in collaboration with Ikakukiya, aiming to offer a unique dining experience for both locals and office workers alike.

To celebrate the grand reopening, each participating restaurant will offer a special price for their signature dish, Abura Soba (available in regular, large, and extra large), at
682 yen (tax included: 750 yen). This limited-time promotion will coincide with the renewal dates of each store, allowing customers to experience the delightful flavors at a fraction of the regular price.
The transformation will focus on key locations throughout the city, including
multiple sites in Shinjuku, as well as
Tamachi, Ikebukuro, and Kannai. These areas were chosen for their accessibility for both commuters and shoppers, ensuring that more people can enjoy Abura Soba Sohonten’s offerings during lunch breaks, after working hours, or late-night cravings.
