First recognized with this honor back in 2015, the Dows were celebrated for their exceptional achievements at the IFA Advocacy Summit held in Washington, D.C., from September 14-16, 2026. This year marks their 19th year in business with Home Helpers®, approaching their significant 20th anniversary in the coming year. Moreover, the Dows have successfully built a trusted in-home care organization, which is projected to generate revenues of approximately $4.5 million for the year. Their operational team comprises 150 caregivers and 14 supportive team members diligently serving 112 clients, providing reliable support to elderly individuals and others, thereby enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity from the comfort of their homes.
