In a noteworthy development for inclusive employment, BYSN HACHIOJI ROASTERY has officially opened its doors in Hachioji, Tokyo. This new location, operated by Start Line Corporation, aims to empower individuals with disabilities by providing employment opportunities and fostering a society where everyone can live authentically.

Facility Overview


The roastery, which is BYSN’s ninth location, opened on August 1, 2025, at 60-7 Takakuracho, Hachioji, Tokyo. Conveniently located a 12-minute walk from Kitahachioji Station on the JR Hachiko Line, the facility will employ around 60 disabled individuals alongside approximately 20 administrative staff members, totaling around 80 employees.

What is BYSN?


BYSN is a disability employment support service that specializes in coffee roasting. Disabled individuals employed through BYSN will use professional-grade roasting machines to create high-quality coffee beans. This initiative not only provides job opportunities but also helps companies develop unique products like custom drip packs, enhancing their visibility during events, exhibitions, or recruitment activities.

Through this innovative approach, BYSN contributes to improving communication and satisfaction among employees by providing them with meaningful and engaging work. Furthermore, BYSN offers support for acquiring qualifications, such as coffee brewing certifications, tailored to individual worker needs, promoting personal and professional growth.

About Start Line Corporation
