Start Line's Participation in the Ebina Citizens Festival 2025

Overview of the Event

On November 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, the Ebina Citizens Festival 2025 will take place at Ebina Sports Park. Hosted by Ebina City and the Festival Executive Committee, this event is open to everyone and free of charge. It promises a vibrant atmosphere with over 150,000 attendees expected to participate.

The park is conveniently accessible within a 15-minute walk from both Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line and Shakae Station on the Sagami Line.

Start Line's Mission

Start Line Co., Ltd., headquartered in Mitaka City, Tokyo, is dedicated to creating a society where everyone can live authentic lives through employment support for people with disabilities. Our CEO, Kenji Nishimura, emphasizes our commitment to facilitating this goal through various programs.

In Kanagawa Prefecture, we manage three significant initiatives: the INCLU satellite office, offering employment support services; the IBUKI indoor farm, which provides employment support via agriculture; and the BYSN roastery for coffee production. Together, these initiatives support approximately 760 people with disabilities in attaining sustainable employment.

• - Fresh Harvest Experience: Try your hand at vegetable harvesting using produce grown in our IBUKI indoor farm.
• - Mini Game Challenge for Kids: Children can participate in a fun mini-game challenge, with successful participants receiving goodies from IBUKI and BYSN.
• - Informational Panels: Learn more about Start Line and our vision of a society where everyone can live authentically through a series of informative displays.
• - Survey Participation Incentives: Visitors who complete our survey will receive a complimentary assortment set featuring an IBUKI original sachet and BYSN's specialty blend coffee (subject to availability).
