A new dish is joining the menu at Nikumeshi Okamoto, a subsidiary of Arc Land Service Holdings, starting November 28, 2025. The Pork Belly Nankotsu Bowl boasts an incredible texture that can be sliced with chopsticks! Marinated in a rich sweet and spicy sauce, this dish is sure to impress.

The Pork Belly Nankotsu Bowl is more than just visually appealing; it's all about the taste and texture. Each bowl features approximately 220g of tender pork belly nankotsu, expertly simmered to achieve a melt-in-the-mouth consistency. This dish is not only delicious but also packed with collagen, making it a healthy choice as well. The rich sweet and spicy sauce complements the softness of the nankotsu perfectly, providing a flavor profile that will leave you craving more. A perfect finishing touch is added with velvety eggs that drip over the dish, enhancing the overall experience.

From November 21, 2025, Nikumeshi Okamoto will refresh its entire grand menu. Alongside the signature Nikumeshi, it will now feature popular limited-time items like the hormone-based category that made waves earlier, now forming part of the permanent lineup. Also joining the ranks is the Gyusuki, a sukiyaki-style beef dish served with Nikumeshi Okamoto's special broth, providing a luxurious dining experience.

In addition to their rice bowls, an expanded set menu with rice and egg soup will be available—perfect for lunch, dinner, or takeout!
