Overview of the 2025 National Government Recruitment Experience Exam



The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, commonly known as MEXT, is preparing to hold an official government visit for the experienced recruitment examination targeting those aspiring to enter at the Deputy Chief (Administrative) level, within the Ministry's Joint B category for 2025. This is a significant opportunity for successful candidates, and it is essential to understand the logistics and requirements involved.

Target Audience



This recruitment initiative is aimed at individuals who have successfully passed the final qualifying exam for the National Government Recruitment for experienced personnel in the Deputy Chief (Administrative) rank under Joint B category.

Visit Schedule



The official government visit is scheduled to take place from December 9, 2025, to December 17, 2025. Candidates should note the following:

  • - Initial Visits: The first two days will be held online on December 9 (Tuesday) and December 10 (Wednesday). Candidates can choose which day works best for them.
  • - In-Person Meetings: Depending on the progress of selections, the in-person meetings are tentatively arranged for the period from December 11 to December 17. These will predominantly occur after hours, starting from 6 PM onward.
  • - Important Note: If a high number of candidates express interest, there may be changes to the scheduled dates.

Reservation Procedure and Acceptance Period



To secure a spot for the initial visit, candidates are required to fill out a reservation form. The acceptance period is strict, starting from 9:00 AM on December 5 (Friday) until 12:00 PM on December 9 (Tuesday). Those wishing to attend on December 9 should apply by 12:00 PM on December 8.

Submission of Required Documents



Two crucial documents must be uploaded via a link provided in the form:

1. Visitor Memo: This must be completed with necessary details, including a photo in JPEG format (up to 2MB), and submitted as a PDF. You can find the template for the Visitor Memo in the following link: [Visitor Memo Template (Excel, 24KB)]

2. Career History: Submit the version that was originally provided during the Civil Service recruitment examination in PDF format.

  • - File Naming Convention: Ensure file names are formatted as follows: "[Your Name] Visitor Memo.pdf" and "[Your Name] Career History.pdf". Any inquiries regarding the Visitor Memo will not be responded to, so candidates are urged to ensure all details are accurate prior to submission.

In-Person Visit Requirements



During in-person visits, candidates must bring identification (such as a driver’s license) and writing instruments. Note that there is no need to bring Visitor Memo or Career History documents on the day of the visit.
