Born in January 1986 and raised in Kanagawa, Sugimoto was immersed in baseball during his high school years. After earning his degree, he joined a travel agency and spent nearly four years focusing on sales for school trips. He then moved to a SoftBank Group company where he first worked in recruitment site sales and ultimately became the site manager. Utilizing his experience at GO Job, where he played a pivotal role in launching a driving-focused recruitment project, Sugimoto now offers consulting services for new recruitment businesses, drawing from his experiences as the inaugural head of GO Job.
Mio Asami, Porters Inc. Consulting Unit Growth Group
Asami has a background in product design, sales promotion, and employee development within the Web and IT sectors before joining Porters. Currently, she supports around 500 companies a year in identifying and solving their recruitment-related challenges as a consultant.
