Deli Group's 2025 Global Office Automation Partners Conference

On October 12, 2025, Deli Group successfully hosted the Global Office Automation Partners Conference in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. This event themed “Inspiring Innovations” brought together nearly 200 esteemed distributor representatives from over 70 countries, marking a pivotal moment for the office industry. The conference environment promoted vibrant discussions centered on innovative trends in office equipment and printing, as well as exploring new avenues for global collaboration.

Setting the Stage for Global Expansion

Deli Group has emerged as a frontrunner in the cultural and technological sectors, representing one of the few Chinese companies making significant inroads into international markets within the printing sector. Since entering the industry in 2015, Deli has achieved remarkable advancements, including independence in R&D and manufacturing. It has become the first Chinese entity to master essential technologies such as laser, inkjet, thermal, and dot matrix printing. This has allowed Deli to offer an extensive range of products that cater to varied consumer demands.

According to Charlie Huang, the CEO of Deli's international business division, “Deli’s transformation is not just about business expansion, but also about deepening our technology advancements across various operational scenarios and educational frameworks. We aim to pursue our strategy in international markets with broader perspectives, increasing investments in products, markets, and human resources to expand localized operations.”

Showcasing Technological Innovations

The conference featured an impressive showcase of around 600 new office equipment prototypes, effectively forming a comprehensive “matrix of science and innovation.” The exhibition was divided into ten specialized zones focusing on key areas such as laser printers, inkjet printers, shredders, safes, smart IoT devices, cash payment systems, and lifestyle office products. This interactive setting allowed Deli to highlight its technological research prowess and innovative product developments.

Particularly, Deli showcased its Rosa series of laser printers which demonstrate their commitment to merging functionality with style. These printers boast Bluetooth connectivity, a compact design, and a refillable cartridge system—striking a balance between home usage and cost control.

Moreover, the smart office solutions section introduced advanced products like intelligent POS systems and power filters tailored for various operational scenarios, alongside innovative tech like palm vein recognition attendance systems and state-of-the-art fireproof safes. With the Endless Shred series, Deli reaffirmed its dedication to continuous innovation by integrating intelligent technologies into practical applications.

A Vision for Global Impact

Zhang Lei, Deli Group's Vice President, reinforced the company’s mission during his address, stating, “Deli will continue to solidify our strategic positioning as a 'global cultural and technological industry group', developing innovative products through technology and nurturing ecosystem partnerships. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with global partners to evolve Deli into a respected world-class brand.”

Looking forward, Deli is poised to bolster its R&D capabilities, enhance its global presence, and stride confidently toward becoming a trustworthy and esteemed enterprise. As the office automation landscape evolves, Deli’s commitment to innovation remains steadfast, promising exciting developments for both the industry and its global clientele.
