From August 1 to August 7, 2025, the Daikanyama T-SITE GARDEN GALLERY will transform into the enchanting MOOMIN×OJI “Forest Time TEA HOUSE,” a limited-time café event by Oji Holdings, shaking hands with the beloved MOOMIN character. This collaboration promotes the value that forests bring to our lives, part of the ongoing “WITH FOREST PROJECT” initiated by Oji Holdings.

During this week-long event, visitors will be transported into a serene forest-like ambiance, where they can savor the bountiful delights of nature through all five senses. Imagine enjoying refreshing drinks and mouth-watering sweets in an environment mimicking a peaceful forest. The café’s highlight includes a life-sized MOOMIN statue made from timber sourced from Oji’s own forest, welcoming guests into this unique experience.

As you wander along a charming wooden path surrounded by the sounds and aromas of the forest, you can feel the craftsmanship that has developed over 150 years of “nurturing and utilizing forests.” Sink into a cozy atmosphere with benches made from acorn wood and shelves lined with books centered on forest themes. It’s an inviting space designed for relaxation amidst the beauty of nature.

Special Menu


The event features an exclusive menu tailored to reflect the treasures of the forest:
1. Forest Aroma Chilled Pehemis – ¥650 (tax included)
A delightful treat inspired by the Finnish term for “soft serve,” featuring a hint of cypress aroma, paired with Haskap sauce and caramel sauce from the Grand Hotel New Oji.

2. Forest Scented Jelly Bubble Tea (Ice) – ¥450 (tax included)
Splashes of aromatic forest from the jelly bubbles create a refreshing original flavored tea with options like elderflower, raspberry flower, and lychee oolong.

3. Sweet Licorice Herbal Tea (Hot) – ¥350 (tax included)
A smooth, sweet herbal tea made from rare licorice cultivated in Hokkaido, a special take on an organic rich taste from Oji's farm.

Capsule Toy Experience


A unique capsule toy feature made from biodegradable cellulose nanofiber and trees will allow guests to experience sustainability firsthand. Exchange a paper cup for a chance to win eco-friendly stickers from the “WITH FOREST PROJECT.” A recycled pulp mold capsule will ensure you engage actively with circular resource usage.
