Operated by Navit Co., Ltd., located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, the program intends to subsidize a portion of the costs required for installing VOC reduction technologies or energy-efficient air conditioning and ventilation systems equipped with VOC reduction appliances. Businesses can receive up to 20 million yen as financial support for these upgrades.

The subsidy is effective from fiscal year 2022 to fiscal year 2028, allowing applications until fiscal year 2027.
