Since the launch of its Costa Rica office in 2023, Databricks has experienced remarkable growth, achieving over 150% expansion in its LATAM business. Encouraged by the increasing demand for its offerings, Databricks plans to create an additional 100 jobs in Costa Rica by the end of 2025.
