AuthenX Unveils Game-Changing Detachable 2D FAU Technology at COMPUTEX 2026

As demand for AI capabilities surges, hardware specifications have progressed from 3.2 terabits (T) and 6.4T to the ambitious targets of up to 12.8T in CPO architectures. However, increasing the density of channels poses a challenge to traditional optical packaging methods that are already straining under these advancements. The existing permanent bonding processes necessitate precise alignment tolerances that are nearly impossible to achieve consistently without compromising manufacturing yields and complicating deployment workflows.

Enter AuthenX's revolutionary Detachable 2D FAU, which innovatively incorporates their proprietary Meta-Lens technology into the critical optical alignment pathway. By leveraging advanced sub-wavelength nanostructures, the Meta-Lens optimizes beam characteristics, enabling efficient collimation and wavefront shaping at a sub-micron level, which introduces two significant benefits:

1. Ultra-Low Insertion Loss: This innovation minimizes optical signal loss across high-density, two-dimensional fiber arrays, ensuring outstanding signal integrity and energy efficiency.
