Research by Penmark revealed that young employees often perceive their supervisors' behavior as a significant factor in their decision to leave. Traits such as a domineering attitude (61.9%) and emotional behavior (54.5%) topped the list of characteristics that deterred younger employees from engaging fully with their managers. The main functionality of "Commutore Z" allows managers to input messages they wish to convey to their subordinates. The AI then assesses these messages based on Generation Z's values, offering a multi-faceted evaluation and scoring. 1. Message Diagnosis and Scoring: The AI evaluates how messages may be perceived by Generation Z and assigns a score that reflects their appropriateness. This objective metric helps managers identify their communication patterns.
2. Detailed Scoring and Rephrasing Suggestions: The tool analyzes the messages across six indicators, such as empathy and clarity, while offering concrete suggestions for refining how to communicate with younger employees.

Pricing Structure

The tool will offer a free plan that allows for 20 message evaluations per month, while a Starter Plan will be available for a monthly fee of ¥1,980, allowing for up to 300 evaluations.
